That'll be yours wont it ?     unless I'm cooking in the same kitchen. :)

hello andy just joined myself mate, great site...  i was trying a hybrid of pete's and darthphalls   sauce base which turned out well,  have a look at those 2 curry cooks......lots more on here though, just havent had the time to wander more..... but that said if i find a dish that grabs me I tend to be wary about going off track too far......  never did try those buffet deals in the curry houses... ho hum.  all the best

Hi,

Best thing to do is to make up a batch of base sauce and try one of the recipes:

Base sauces:

Then try one of these for the madras:

Come back and post how you got on? ;)

nice one andy.... all the best with your cooking , hmmm for me when time allows usually couple of times a week friday or sat being one of them I see cooking and making curry as an art form hours can flow by couple of well earned beers or some plonk whilst cheffing , I mean its a pleasure creating fab food.  so its important to make or manage time so we dont lose the whole experience..

all the best Fx.
