First curry base

Hi

Just made ca's curry base (highly recommended by others on this site).  All went well, here's a picture of it.  Hope the rest of it goes well, will let you know.

Well done nodrog .. they look smack on to me, I'm on my 20th ish batch of CA's base and I love it !

If you're new to curry cooking I would advise you follow a couple of CA's recipes too for the first few times .. 1. It will give you confidence and 2.You'll have a first rate curry to impress friends and family with. I've gained a lot of experience cooking all sorts of recipes from this great forum but I always return to CA's !!

The most important thing is to enjoy it !!    :)
