Possible chefspoon size?
I'm sure they're at least 2 tbsp.

I'm currently using 1tbsp measure icecube trays but doesn't hurt to have an extra tray or two.
Frank.

I have a few of these trays frank. The capacity is actually 2 level tbs per compartment. They're very handy for freezing all sorts of ingredients into small portions. I use them to build a stock of the following in the freezer:
Milk
Yoghurt
Red masala sauce
Tamarind sauce (from soaking tamarind block in water)
Passata (but not so much any more since I found I preferred week old passata straight from the fridge)
Masoor Dahl for adding to dhansaks
Etc...
Possibilities are almost endless.
