Just start the dish off by frying 1tsp of whole cumin seeds in the oil until they sizzle, add the onions, stir fry a minute.
Add G&G paste, stir fry - add a touch of Tomato Puree, Mixed powder, Chilli Powder, Salt and stir fry. (
That's your Jeera Masala done).
Add 2 Chef's Spoons of Garabi to loosen it up.
Now add your parboiled potatoes and cook out on medium heat for a few minutes.
Keep adding a Chef's Spoon of Garabi and a touch more oil (Juggle), if you like it saucy.
Now add a couple of tomato wedges, sliced Green Chillis, cook out for another couple of minutes.
Garnish with chopped Coriander, a squirt of lemon dressing and a pinch of Chat Masala.
