Hi all,?
on a recent trip to my local Wing Yip I picked up this book and wondered if anyone had it and had tried any of the dishes?? ;D Although maybe not as good as some of the excellent recipes posted on this forum, just thought it may be worth a try. After all if you don`t try you`ll never know..............regards.....mike.? ?;D

No it`s a small pamphlet type book of 24 pages from the RAJAH spice company. It has a list of all the spices available. It has 20 recipes and pictures of the cooked dishes. All made using Rajah spices. The picture of the madras looks quite good. ;D

Hi,
You can usually get these pamphlet type books by e-mailing the companies direct. Patak's used to do one as well.
In fact Patak's had a curry club and sent monthly recipe cards, magazine and gave you a pretty folder to put it all in. Then of course like all good ideas they stopped doing it!
They generally show recipes related to their products only so they tend not to be BIR stuff but worth a read non-the less.
