Looks Good Geezah, what time shall we be over? 

Where abouts are you from? Just wondering about the colour of the CTM, normally where I am from it's a red or an orangey colour... Not that it makes any difference, as food colouring does not affect the final taste, just the presentation....

I'm in the UK .... west midlands.
...and yeah, I dont bother with adding the food colouring .. non value added.

Which recipe did you use? I make CA's version which uses Tandoori Masala mix, therefore I don't need to add any food colouring as it turns naturally a reddish colour
