Hey folks,
i've been browsing this excellent forum for a couple of years, and have improved my amateur BIR curry skills no end thanks to yourselves 
Just wanted to say hello, and thanks for the great posts, pics and videos.
Not a prolific poster, but a confirmned curry head willing to contribute.
I thought I had my base /currys sorted, untill I saw the 'cooking lessons with Az' thread 
Thanks again for renewing my thirst for learning all things curry.

Hello to a long time lurker (i was one too for quite a while).  Glad you enjoyed the Zaal experience, we did too ;D. Have you cooked or used  anything from it yet?
