Thought I'd share this Old School 80s Rezala recipe.
There are many variations of a BIR Rezala these days, but this is the straightforward one I was taught.
The yogurt provides the Tang and the Black Pepper gives you a warming after taste.
Very tasty dish and simple to make at home.

Tip: Remember to cook the yogurt through, in the Masala, before you add the curry base gravy
otherwise your sauce may split.
Ingredients
3 tbs of Veg Oil
1tsp G&G paste
Par-cooked Onion & Peppers
1tsp Mixed Powder
1tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper Powder
2 or 3 tsps whipped plain Yogurt
1 Portion of Chicken Tikka
1 Portion of Curry Base Gravy
A couple of Tomato Wedges
Freshly Chopped Coriander leaves
