Hi Rich
Great looking Tikka.

Very nice camera work too!
Keep expecting Ali Baba to pop his head up out of that Amazing Pot.

Have you posted your recipe? As you probably don't use Patak's Pastes
being in Thailand.

cheers Chewy

Ha ha ha - yeah i call this one the garden vase - but it is a Thai version of a tandoor - ish! absolutely brillaint for cooking meat - i havent tried naans simply because i made it for meat with the inclusion of the staninless steel rods to hang the skewers.

Your right i make all my own pastes here - its a nightmare - cant buy hardly anything! Its a case of when you see it buy it.

Ive just had 3 tandoors made - i will shove a pic up later too - they are in the build stage at the moment - one for charcoal and 2 to have gas fittings in

best, Rich

Are you sure you don't have a gini in there??? ;D Not sure about that huge pot precariously balanced on such a tiny bucket though :o :o.  The end results look stunning, top notch in fact and will have that beautiful tandoor cooked flavour.  Nice one Rich
