Hey Guys  :)
Well I'm sooooooo pleased to see this great forum is still going strong !!!
(I think my last post here was 2007ish) :P

It's been a real pleasure to look over and read some of my old posts & pictures
I see a few members logged in I recognize from way back 2006

Anyway I will try to login here a lot more often now

Hi there natterjak (good question)
I just thought I'd drop by and say Hello and let everyone know I'm doing Ok
and Yes I'm still cookin I qualified as a Chef
after completing my 2 year full time college course
obtained GNVQ levels 2 & 3 in Catering

So as you can imagine I been soooooo busy with work
but now I got more time to come here (hopefully)

Welcome back, it's always good to see some familiar names returning.Just realised I've been lurking on here since 2005!! Time flies but it's been great.Wife thinks I'm mad(just get a take away etc etc).As you've gathered we're still passionate about cracking that BIR flavour.
