Hi everyone,

This is my first post and I'm really looking forward to picking up new hints and tips!!  My usual curry day is Saturday where I make everything from scratch and usually quite spicy :P.  Still searching for that BIR flavour but I also love what I make including Naans, starters and pilau rice.  Mmmmm, wish I had one now lol
