A quick hello

Hi all,

My name is Paul, I love Asian cuisine, especially from the Bangla and North Indian regions.

I have been experimenting for over 12 years, and still on the look out for authentic styles.

Hi Paul and welcome to cr0,

Most of the focus for this forum is BIR style recipes but there are a few authentic/traditional recipes here.  Hope you find something that suits.

Hi Paul and welcome.  As Ray said we mainly focus on BIR dishes here but do have an authentic section which may be of interest.  Would be good if you could post any of the dishes you highly recommend for us to try.  That doesn't mean that some of us may and try to adapt them to the BIR style though ;D
