Hi all.

Found the forum by total fluke.  As it happens I've been wanting to do a proper decent curry for years but never really took the time to look it all up.  Browsing through the pictures section and now I'm gutted I've only got home made chilli for a meal.  To say they are inspirational is an understatement.

Anyway, looking forward to getting down to the nearest Asian Supermarket and sourcing some basics ready for a few experimental attempts later this week.
