I don't know, I just did my normal "indian restaurant recipe" search, and it threw it up.
You're right though, we need some more witnessed recipes
These are ok but don't seem "genuine"

I was hoping to get another demo from a chef last week but hes since told us that he's boss has said he can't show anyone how to make curry as its more than hes jobs worth.  I don't wether thats true or just an excuse from him.  Another restaurant ive started going to has a window in the car park that looks right in on the kitchen so I will be peering through there over time and hopefully see whats going on

For those not up on their British colloquialisms, 'to clock' is to watch or see something.

Park a van alongside the window with a hidden camcorder focussed through a hole.

When you get home, watch how your order was made, as you eat it.
