So I made my sister a Take Away...

Chicken pakora, chili n mint kofta, onion bhaji, popadoms & ratia, chicken tika masala, chicken tika madras & garlic nan breads.












I was lazy and bougt pre made popadoms cause I ran out of time and energy.

That looks fantastic. I like the authenticity of the tin foil trays and plastic tub for the raita.  ;D

Stirling effort there Geeze ;).  I hope your sister appreciated your efforts.  That's a fine spread.  I notice an onlooker in the top left of the picture.  Another curry lover??? ::)

I wouldn't have been able to do it if it wasn't for this website, so thanks go out to everyone who contributes.

They are what I have found here and adapted to my taste, except for the lamb kofta, I sort of made that up myself.

And yeah, the dog didnt leave my side all day in the kitchen ;)
