Ah, so Yellow Pages are trying to get in on the act!

And in the first video, not a trace of base sauce used, given it's an 'authentic' dish. Not giving much away then.

I didn't bother to watch the second advert.

Nice carbon steel pan, obviously no one told him you must use an aluminium one

You're right. I just watched it and wish I'd been less cynical in my previous post. I quite like the simple approach of the videos, including the apparently natural reactions of real diners, rather than the use of actors, for example. Yell.com could prove useful if they roll these videos out to potentially hundreds of Indian restaurants, each showing us some dish or other. It's a really good find by DalPuri.

There was a time when i wouldn't touch a curry house that had beef on the menu.                                            "Indians dont eat beef!" i said.
I became more accepting after my first day in Bangalore, where upon arriving, i was whisked straight to a restaurant for butter chicken overlooking this place.
