Yes, me at it again. Another night of curry. Not as impressive as before. It's just the left overs from last night and the weekend but damn tasty they are. And i mopped the plate with a nice chappati.

This was what was left behind after my brinjal bhaji (now spelt how most people spell it). It's no different to what i find in any of my takeaway containers the next morning ;D
I just need for someone to tell me how to get it from my brinjal to the rest of my curry dishes
