I cannot remember who had told me about this website, but I have found it quite interesting, especially the chef Ms Shahena Ali, her technique of cooking BIR is very different as she does not use any gravy for the dishes.

I tried her VideoJug recipe for saag aloo a few months ago and it was nothing like a BIR. The only thing I found interesting about the videos is her attractive appearance! I think the Benfleet BIR's name is being advertised without them giving anything away in terms of the recipes they actually use.
