A nice shiny Tandoori oven!!!  Yep the lovely wife went and ordered me one from Spices Of India....

Thanks guys,I can't wait to use it,the neighbours will probably think I'm having a mid-Winter Barbecue!!!  Have to say there's not many dedicated BIR Tandoori books out there,guess I'll have to have a re-look on the forum.I was pretty satisfied with my tikka/tandoori cooking already so hopefully now I can really step it up.

Well you learnt to do it without. Now it's time to learn to do it with.I'm sure you'll soon get the hang of it mate. Just think of them naan breads :P. I look forward to the first report jb

I got the same as last year and the years before that...A splitting headache and massive overdraft on the visa  :'(
