Been lurking for a while now....thought I'd say hi.
I'm Clark from the Midlands. I've been cooking curry for about half my life. I'm interested in pretty much anything spiced, from traditional cuisine to bir styles, all down the far east from Thailand to Japan...
Hoping to pick up a few tips or new ideas, maybe explore a few styles. I'll help out with what I can, but I'm certainly no expert
