Hi all
I'm going to give the homemade doner kebab recipe ago tomorrow I've not eaten one in years but son likes them so i thought I'd try it, but I'm struggling to find onion powder in the shop i can find it on line and i can find it in granules in the shop could i use them as a substitute just grind them down? any ideas where i can get onion powder from on line?

Have you tried the supermarket herb and spice section, as that's where I last got mine from, I think mine was asda own brand

Yes been to asda tesco and sainsbury but can only find granules i was sure i had got some from supermarket before aswell

I would suggest onion granules would be fine and if a little too large for the recipe, using a pestle and mortar would powder them
