ive watched most of her videos and think she has a very professional technique
nice hand work
and plenty of oil, my kind of woman
when people make comments moaning about the amount of oil, she doesnt budge and just says,
Eat less, Eat good.
i like that
note** her daughter has added english commentary on some recipes at the bottom of the list.

That paratha looked so good. I can never get my dough as smooth and plyable as that. Gonna have to invest in a dough finger me thinks.
