Hi Nifty,

Dipuraja is an old friend of cr0's mate and many a member has enjoyed success with a few of his recipes.

The general concensus, as I understood it at the time, was that is was percieved that Dip, was showings us things that we were already aware of, but it was good to have it confimed by a bonafide, fully functional Takeaway.

OMG, this is terrible news if true, or in terribly bad taste if it's a comment posted by a troll. It's interesting that there were no follow-up comments on youtube. Does anyone know the identity of DIP's BIR?

It's widely reported to be the "Dial-a-Curry", Penrith, George.  The poster was "Mr GoldenV", known elsewhere as "Mr Golden Virginia", but I haven't been able to pin down any reall association between himself and Dip.  However, Mr Golden V was active one week ago, so may respond to a friendly question regarding Dip.

Hopefully it is just bad taste. I remember when one of our members (Chinois, I think) posted a video of himself cooking a madras. Some of the comments he received were just downright offensive and abusive.

I got this e-mail message yesterday, after asking on another you-tube channel if Dip was still around.

"I don't know if he has died or not mate. Some one posted that but may be bull shitting of course.
I did also hear that he stopped posting videos because the curry forums were linking to them.....who knows"
