Hi All

Found this site when looking at how to make my own curry! - I love indian curries... I just cant cook that well!

My first attempt at making some curry base/basic curry was done today, I actually posted some pics in the forum just now:

Hopefully I'll be able to work my way up and make some top class curries :)

You have definitely come to the right site, if you have any favourite BIR recipes, then let me know and I will try and post them. Or if you have any of your own, then please post  :)
