Alright everyone?
just found this forum, glad to see there is some info on Glasgow style curry :-)
I have a home made tandoor in the garden, and have been making curry for a few years with varying degrees of success.
Can't wait to try the base gravys and recipes here, especiially the Ashoka ones from panpot... mmmm!
Cheers,
Chilipopper.

Hi Chilipopper. Welcome to the forum. There are many experts on here who are prepared to share their recipes and experiences re. Glasgow curry. And Panpot has made a large contribution for all to share. Enjoy what the forum has to offer but don't exclude all the stuff from south of the border ;D. There are some real gems there too
