I've just joined the forum and haven't had a look around yet so am just saying hi from the uk. I love curries and make one every friday, no specific name just my own concoction of spices lol.

Hi CPK, and welcome to cr0.

That's what it's all about mate, putting stuff together and see what you end up with.  However, if there is a specific favourate that you're looking to replicate, you've come to the right place.

A curry on a friday - by heck that brings back memories - now its a curry every other day! just cant get the chapaties right at the moment
