Hi Guy's,
Not been on for a few weeks as I've embarked on the latest craze, 'Glamping' (glamorous camping)
Anyway, we pitched our tent in 2.5 hours flat

(youtube vid only took 20 mins max) we had about three good arguments, the wife stormed off twice, it started raining, and the dog ran off!
Tent finally up, we set up the kitchen, and curry was on the menu ;D
I 'cranked' up the disposable bbq, and got to grips with the chicken tikka. Next on the bbq, went the seekh kebabs, whilst I got to grips with 2 off chicken tikka bhunas and 1 off chicken tikka Jal Frezi.
Within minutes, there was a little crowd gathering about 10 meters away, all sniffing the air with that 'mmm, something smells good' expression on their faces.
They was of course correct, it wasn't only good, it was great, and if they would have been a little more helpful when I was struggling putting the tent up, I may have even offered them a plate, ah well, such is life!
Something about outdoor cooking really takes the food to another level for me

Anyhow, here's a couple of pics to whet you appetites
Chicken Tikka (sorry Phil, they're red lol)

Curries on the go!

Ready to eat with the seekh kebabs

Trying (unsuccessfully) to sleep of my meal
