If You Could Only Cook One Curry?

My husband is 40 next month and im hosting a surprise birthday party for him. I want to cook a huge pot of curry for our guest to tuck into at the end of the night and I was wondering which type of curry and which recipe you would all recommend if you could only cook ONE curry?
I havent actually cooked a curry from scratch off this website as yet, i was meant to try one a few weeks back but due to certain events it wasnt possible.
I dont mind having a trial run to make sure i like it, but i was wondering which recipe is everyones favourite?
I would prefer it to be chicken based but apart from that Im really open to suggestions.
Many thanks

Hi Jenk i recommend this recipe
http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=674.0
If your husband doesnt like his curry too hot dont add the 2 DSP of hot chilli powder in STAGE 3. This makes alot of sauce, if its just for your husband then add enough sauce for just 1 serving in a seperate pan.
What till the sauce is cold then freeze in batches.
This does smell wonderful when bubbling away on the stove
