1/2 c. warm honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 lg. fryer, disjointed & wiped with a damp cloth
1/2 c. Dijon style mustard
2 tsp. curry powder
Mix together honey, mustard, soy sauce, curry and garlic in a bowl. Coat chicken pieces in mixture and lay them close together in a baking dish; pour over any extra marinade. Refrigerate for 8 hours, turning in marinade frequently. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes basting frequently.

Shane,
it's quite a mixture that. i make individual honey soy and honey mustard for the bbq but never thought of combining them. adding in the extra twist of the curry powder sounds spot on.
which do feel the curry powder goes with best or does it work with both ie soy and mustard.
i've added a note in my cookbook to try the curry powder on next make - many thanks
