ANyone got a recipe for a Jalphur CHicken recipe!??? My local sells it and its AMAZING!!!

Well blow me the nearest you get to that on google is Sulphur Chicken ;D
Must be a unique dish to your local a chefs special maybe?

Risk asking them the recipe Midge, all they can say is F**k **f.
Add plenty of flanel before you ask and I?m sure they will
come up with some adapted recipe for you, or you might
strike lucky and be able to post here. GL

I think this maybe a typo, it looks like it is in fact Jaiphur curry, as opposed to Jalphur
I was pretty sure I'd seen the name before
Anyway, lots of recipies on google:

EDIT > Actually I'd do a search for Jaiphur, Jaipur, Jaipoor, and Jodphur as they all seem to be varying Anglicizations of the same word
