Topic: Precision scales

Someone recently commented that they were unable to weigh spices accurately, and whilst I'm not convinced that accurate weighing really has any place in BIR cuisine, for those that seek accuracy above all else these may be the answer, or for those who will settle for nothing less than perfection, perhaps these.

The first link doesn't seem to work Phil.  I bought some great jewellers scales on eBay for ?20 or so.  They measure up to about 100g in 0.01 graduations.  Like you said, a bit OTT for measuring spices but handy in some situations.
