Incidentally, it may be worth mentioning that T??ng ?t T?i (which won't come out correctly, so I repeat it here without diacritics : Tuong Ot Toi) is not actually a brand; it simply means "garlic chutney" in Vietnamese).  The most common brand that you will find in the shops is made by Huy Fong Foods, Inc.  of N. America, but it is by no means impossible that other equally good brands exist.

Mine needed more chilli as I had to tone it done for the hubby. Recipe said 4 chilli and I only added one. It defo needed more heat. Thats probably why it was a bit sweet. Lessons learned today. I spent all morning doing Samosas and chicken 65 and my naans for tomorrow :)

Happy days!  ;D

Keep a little dish of dried bird eye chillis, and sprinklle some on your own dish, that's what I do when I have to cook for non-chilli heads. Who you cooking for tomorrow? lucky gets.

Great idea with the chilli flakes.  Will do that :)

Every weekend since Feb I have cooked a takeaway for my mum dad and bro. Sometimes sisters as well (depending on how generous I feel lol)

Always do pilau, naans, madras, chutneys, pops, and then different starters so tomorrow is samosa and tikka :)

Why not just join Just Eat now and be done with it. Then your family can order online.
