Hi there , just a brief hello from me (martin) from Cardiff, currently full up with "man-Flu" and looking for the prefect remedy to see me through these trying times  :P

The perfect home-cooked takeaway style curry (madras in my case) has always just been out of reach and im hoping your knowlage will help me achieve near perfection in my gastronomic quest

I look forward to reading your recipes

welcome Martin, hope you get over the man flu soon. There's lots of Madras recipes but we've been recently experimenting with a Taz base Madras, the link for this section is here.
