hi every one,
i have just joined and would like to say hello
i have just purchased a nice piece of goats meat and would appreciate a nice curry recipe if anyone could give me any suggestions

Hi English,
Welcome to cr0. I have never used goats meat so I'm not really qualified to offer any recipes but I would probably treat it the same as mutton.
I think many members are having some good results using a slow cooker to precook their lamb, maybe you could give this a try, then simply pick a recipe from the main menu.

I don't have a specific recipe for goat, although I have cooked it on several occasions, but I would second Ray's advice : treat it as mutton, and you won't go far wrong. That is assuming that it really is goat and not kid -- if it's kid, you'll have to treat it as lamb.
