Hello everyone, just joined this site as i have been trying to produce better curry dishes! i live in birmingham and am really spoilt for choice when it comes to indian restraunts / takeaways, but i really want to get good results at home, looks like there are some very  knowlegable folks here so i'm looking forward to getting stuck in!! TOM  ;D
