Hello everyone,
I came across this website a few weeks ago in my tireless web search for a decent vindaloo recipe. I had been searching and testing for years, finding nothing but disappointment. I've tested several here that almost rival the best I've ever eaten in UK curry houses. I think that MSG and boatloads of salt and ghee that the restaurants use are probably the main difference.
Thank you to the administrators and all of the posters than make this site what it is. I'm really enjoying it.
