Does anyone know a good recipie similar to BIR for brinjal bhaji for me to have a go at???

Hi Luke. Haven't time to write my recipe for this dish now but will do this tomorrow for you. A very tasty dish albeit heavyish on the oil. Let me know if you find anything in the meantime worth trying.

For my brinjal I used this recipe found on the web. I did however cook it on simmer for 20 mins rather than 5 mins as stated so it was quite dry and soft. Was actually very nice and quite like BIR.
