Sag Aloo (again)
« on: January 02, 2011, 03:24 PM »
Hi all,

After attempting my first Sag the other night and really enjoyed it, I thought I would have another go with a different recipe today.  Visually alot different as no tomatoes in this one.  taste very similar but not quite a deep flavour like the last one I done.  Also got some Tika on the go for tomorrow night.  Pics below for you........

Gary, what is this "onion goo" of which you speak ?  I can't think of any "onion goo" that I associate with side dishes.

Just thought I would share with you my 2nd meal created from CRO, this is getting an obsession now but really having fun with it.  Tonight I had Chiken Tikka, Sag Aloo and Pilau Rice.

Pics below, feedback welcome also let me know what improvements I can do.  Enjoy

Pics below, feedback welcome also let me know what improvements I can do.  Enjoy

1. Think of a way by which other members can get to taste the dishes which you ask us to comment on. How else is it possible to give much help?

2. Try and focus your camera a bit better.
