Hi folks

Im Simon from Birmingham
I enjoy cooking curries, baltis. I was introduced to balti way back in the mid to late 80s in what where no more than 'cafes' in Sparkhill in the heart of what is now known as the 'Balti Triangle'.

Great site you have here, a wealth of recipes, ideas and information.
