Hi all, well it looks like i've found the forum i've been looking for all my internet life.
I have been trawling the web for a while now looking for BIR recipes, methods and ingredients and it looks like i've just struck cooking oil.

I think i'll be happy here  ;D

Hi Json,

Welcome to the site fella.  I'm confident in saying that, this place will get you 95 - 99% close to your fav BIR.  And if your really lucky, you may achieve 100%.  Just be warned though that if your previous attempts have fallen short of the mark, then your first attempt at a cr0 recipe will have you thinking that you've cracked it.   

This is when the addiction starts, you just want to improve all the time, finding the ultimate recipe, creating the perfect pilau, or the marvelous madras, the delicate dhansak, or the vivacious vindaloo. to the..............oh I think you get the idea, lol

Any hints or tips that you need, don't hesitate to ask, were a friendly bunch here (most of the time)

I am new to this board too, cant believe i have never come across it before. better late than never eh ;D.

Cheers all, (nice sig razor ) I had a good mooch around the site the other night
and went and got some provisions i was missing this morning.

I'm not new to this curry lark, using the Kris Dhillon method for a couple of years now (20 years guess work before that)
so this site is a welcome shot in the arm. Cant believe i've missed this site before either Moonster.
