Just found the forum a couple of hours ago and think its absolutely brill.
Been trying to make the perfect curry for a couple of years now,and whilst
I'm not the best cook in the world my efforts are not too bad these days!
Ive got a link to a blog for base sauce and restaurant Curry's which i
hope will be of some help.Sorry if its a repost.

i'd not come across the website although i've seen a few of the video as they've come up on posts on this site. it looks a real good site.
appreciate u including the link - i had a quick look at the "Restaurant Garlic Chicken Tikka" as i currently have interest in "garlic". was quite amazed how much was used (and the chopped onion) - something i will have to try.
disappointing the ingredients were not stated but looked to me as if curry powder was used and not mix powder (re undercover book post).
best wishes for your continued curry journey on this site. i've not found it wanting.
