How did it taste and what was the recipe?

Thanks Pete. It tasted very good, even better than my Kris Dhillion bases
The recip? (base and masalas) was one of my own, I havent put it up in recip?s
yet (still a shy newbie) but i will do soon.

Here is a prawn version, pretty much like the chicken
The thing with the tomatoes is to put them in at the very end, tastes great!!

I always use frozen prawns
I soak them in water until thawed
I change the water and keep them like that until I use them
This stops them giving too dominant a smell, in the meal
Anyway, how do you get that accent over the "e" in recipe?

Hi Pete!

The keyboard layout is different in Sweden but its a key on the number row, you press the "? " key once and then the "e" and it lands ontop.

I usually use frozen prawns too, i put a sprinkle of sea salt over them +  some turmeric and maybe a few light roasted cumin seeds
its nice to get a hit of cumin. As prawns can be eaten raw, ones that are normal sized go in, in the last couple of mins max

 ASCII codes: The ASCII codes tell your IBM-compatible computer which letter you want to appear. Each character, including those with diacritical marks, has an ASCII code. The ones that will interest you are three or four digit codes that you will enter while you hold down the ALT key. For example, the code for the character ? is 130. So, you will hold down the key marked ALT. While still holding this key down you will type 130 (make sure that numbers lock is on and use the keypad to your right, not the number keys above the letters). You will then see ? appear on your screen. ASCII codes work in both MSWord and WordPerfect .
