Hello Paul
I wonder if your night class will be one-off home style cooking, whereas here it's about replicating BIR curries.

thanks for welcome, i am sure the lessons will be on home style cooking , however the first 4-5 are learning the art of spices which cannot be a bad thing, will be intresting as i like to try traditional and restuarant curries and sundries cooking.

Hi Paul, thought you'd like this I sent to gazzaj in Wellingborough. . . . . Cafe Bangla, Rushden. Great Staff. Fine indian cuisine. Onion Bhajees are world class. Gourmet night Sun and Weds. ?7.95 = Starter, Main, Rice or Naan, side dish and coffee. Worth booking in advance - 01933411994.
Have a gander at my introduction. I'm from near Rushden. Good luck with doing your own and saving loads of
's. Regards. Arry.
