Chicken Tikka

Hi Guys
I recently went to Chepstow races with members of the family we all had to make something for a picnic, one of my contributions was Chicken Tikka pieces. The picture was taken on my phone, which doesn't do it a great deal of justice.

That looks pretty darn good, i can almost taste it.

What recipe and cooking method did you follow for that?
