Pathia and keema rice

Hi just me for dinner with my last portion of base and a left over sheek mix i knocked this up, i think it might be time to invest in a digital camera pictures are from phone.

It was anklebones recipe the closest I've found to a BIR

Hi

Not sure how to post the link to the pathia recipe but in main dishes and pathia its the second one down. It has a great texture and flavour you may need to adjust the sweetness to your liking i usually add a teaspoon of sugar to get the sweetness i like.

just a bit confused jamie because you said it was "anklebone's" recipe - do you mean "Unclebuck's" recipe? (see link below)

If it is this one then I agree it is very close to what I regard as a good BIR Pathia.

Yes i meant unklebucks don't know where anklebone came from  ;D must have been drunk
