Starters, curry and a Christmas fail using sprouts

Beef dopiaza.  Black pepper beef curry

Tarting-up ready-made kebabs

Chicken curry

Paneer curry

Tandoori lamb chops (on a bed of pre-soggy onions ready for heating up in the micro)

Sabzi (sprouts)

Nah! Yuck!

Mini supper

Quality, not quantity

Chicken phal

Not oily.  Hardly any in fact.  Like all my efforts.  Just a thin film of separated oil, on top, perfect.

Banging them out Rob…
I need to stop looking at your pics at 7:30am.  My breakfast cuppa doesn’t cut it.

Think I lost the plot with the spicing.  But the main issue was remembering why many people consider sprouts as being the work of the devil.  Thought I was going to blast-off.
