Don't seem to get much in the way of marinade when following this recipe to spec.  Let it down a bit and most of what there was fell off under the grill.  Will try again.  Vivek suggests using the purple spouting variety when in season.

Last of the latest batch of MKI gravy balti from the freezer.  Had some spinach that needed using up, so decided to make two dishes out of it.  Fresh spinach, canned mushrooms.  Restaurant and TA style offerings.
