Haven't been here in ages. Still have a fishmongers, everything on ice. Good to see, I remember these.


Got home and made a quick tester for tomorrow's sea bream starter accompaniment; very nice.

Christmas menu sorted! Kashmiri lamb chops (mini bbq). Got the bottles from a local Asian shop. Just out of date. 20 p each. Pani puri (Golgappa) from the same place. No way I would even attempt to make these baubles from scratch. Inviting disaster.

Haven't tried it yet. Arrived yesterday. This is the mix powder that Steven Heap recommends on his YouTube channel.



Plan a chicken curry first, then madras/vindaloo.
