Oddly enough I have just today ordered a four-pound McSweeen's haggis from a butcher in Wadebridge (Cornwall).

More Shan packets to trial out. £0.99 each. The Karachi Beef contains dried plums (with pits). OK. The shop also had Laziza Lahori Charga, but well over twice the price of Shan.

The chutney is lovely. Haven't tried the pickle yet. £1.49 each.

Arrived yesterday. Just got the side plates for now, to look them over. Matte green. First impression, rather nice. Will get a full set. Glossy curry on matte. Good idea?
