Searched high and low for a "proper" balti dish to serve.  Eventually found a couple in the back garden.  A tad rusty, long story.

Anyway, decided to eat it straight out of the pan, with a spoon.  I think this method of service may catch on.  Or, get a pan with a detachable handle.  Now there's an idea!

Another top drawer balti.  Think the base gravy is about finished now, so will need to make another batch.
